Bruce Willis, who was all set to enthrall India and bring traffic to a standstill by walking metropolitan city roads, is mighty disappointed.
The Hollywood action hero, who admires India for its culture and traditions, was to promote his forthcoming movie Red (based on a
graphic novel) and also tour the country for a week.
He was then hoping to experience heritage India in a different and refreshing way after the promotional schedule and had plans to visit
Rajasthan, Delhi, Mumbai and even Kerala and Bangalore.
But apparently some new visa regulations for foreigners coming to India, which he was unaware of, made him can his trip at the very
last moment. The actor confirmed to BT that he is unhappy that his maiden Indian trip got cancelled.
However, he is looking to be here soon. "Some visa problems arose, some new regulations, and by the time I got them sorted out I had no
free time to go. My assistant knows what the problem was. Anyway, I still plan to visit," said the action superstar who is turning out to be
a die-hard Indophile!
