For Ilayathalapathy, punch lines are quite easy to render even off the screen. He is currently on the floors of AR Murugadoss directed Thuppakki. He has been in Mumbai for this movie for quite one month, as ARM is planning to finish a major schedule there. Off the shots, Vijay was talking about the role in Thuppakki.
He said the film will depict him in an entirely different role to his fans. He said he treated the script as a gun for which his role is the bullet. ARM has devised such a fanatic script to please his fans, Vijay added. It is after Gilli that Vijay feels more active for a real action movie, said the crew of the movie.
Though nothing related to the script would be evolved, as it is always been with ARM, some circles feel that there is a large scale potential for Ilayathalapathy.
Meanwhile Vijay acknowledged director Shankar for delivering him in Nanban. He said he missed an opportunity from Shankar even in Mudhalvan but the toss has come in his favor now. Vijay felt happy to learn that his fans enjoyed the movie in almost all the centres. He wished for another occasion to work with Shankar.
