UTV Motion Pictures have started work on their big budget action adventureThaandavam in New Delhi.
The film has Vikram, Anushka and Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu in the lead and is directed by AL Vijay.
The team will shoot for 20 days in New Delhi around the Jama Masjid area. Vijay has said the ancient mosque is crucial to his story telling.
Later the team will leave for LA, for a month to shoot the action scenes.
Meanwhile GV Prakash has composed one of the songs for the film sung by new singer Vandana. Thaandavam is GV’s 25th silver jubilee film in a career spanning five years.
