NTR starrer Brindavanam which has been simultaneously released in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa and abroad seems to have garnered the atention of many Kannada film producers who want to immediately grab the rights of the film.
The films collections in Karnataka has been showing an increasing trend and it may attract a lot of family audience in the coming days, say the trade analysts.
Sources in Gandhinagar, the main trade centre of the Kannada film indsutry says that nearly eight top Kannada film producers are trying to get the remake rights of the film and have contacted Dil Raju and his friends.
Many producers who are now in contact with Raju says that Brindavanam may well suit Puneet Raj Kumar, Darshan or Sudeep and is likely to bring in success in the event of a huge making with good production values.
A producer requesting anonymity said that he has already contacted Dil Raju and offered him a big amount to secure the rights of the film.
But Dil Raju told me that he would wait for another ten days to guage the range of the success of the film and then would talk to the prospective buyers.
He has assured me that he would definitely give the remake rights to any established film producer as he knows the difficulties of the producers these days said the producer.
